Yes, you can request a sitter without using the app; however, direct bookings will incur an additional fee. As of September 2025, a single booking will cost $50, while four bookings will total $150. This new pricing structure will take effect in September 2025. For the best experience, we recommend trying our services through the website first. If you enjoy our service, we’ll guide you on how to buy a package or join our app community and connect with your favorite teachers and sitters! Feel free to reach out to us directly; we’re more than happy to assist you in getting started.

Sitters engage children with educational age-appropriate games, crafts, reading, playtime, and routines (like meals, homework, and bedtime) based on your preferences and details listed in your form. NOTE: Formal tutoring will increase your sitters preferred hourly rate.

All our babysitters undergo thorough background checks, reference verification, and a virtual or in person interview. Many are certified in CPR/First Aid and have prior childcare and classroom experience.

Yes. We encourage meet-and-greet sessions (virtual or in-person) for families to get comfortable with their sitter before the first booking.

We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
