When you’re ready to search for your Unicorn Nanny, the first thing to do would be to send us a message or just give us a call to discuss options and how we go about making it BL!SS. We will walk you through our process and design a plan for searching, understanding your specific needs and requirements, implement an interview plan and sending you over the most magical and qualified candidates out there!

We charge the family a one-time fee based on the length of the commitment. The fee is only charged when we successfully find a Unicorn Nanny for your home. As of Winter 2024 length of placement and hours requested determine the fee. Prices listed below.

A non-refundable $300 interviewing and processing fee is required to initiate the search.

Searches take anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks based desired qualifications.

Nanny Terms

Minimum hours: We require no less than 10 hour minimum per week schedule

Nanny providers: An Experienced UNICORN Nanny generally charges between $25-$40/hr

Full-Time/Part-Time Nanny: Full-time is typically 30 to 50 hours per week; part-time is 20-30 hours per week.

House Manager: Some families choose a House Manager that does more than just the regular nanny duties such as errands, grocery shopping, working with vendors, organizing, stocking supplies, and mail.

Summer or Temporary: Typically someone who has a more flexible schedule and is available during summers and holidays. Perfect for our BL!SS Teachers who have school breaks off!
